What are NEET Question Paper Codes?
NTA releases NEET with multiple question paper sets each year to prevent malpractice. Each set contains the same 200 questions but in a different order. The answer key for each code must match the corresponding question booklet — the correct answers are listed against the question numbers as they appear in that specific code.

FAQs — NEET 2025 Answer Key
How do I find my question paper code?
Your question paper code (11, 12, 13, or 14) is printed on the top-right corner of your NEET 2025 question booklet. It is also mentioned on your OMR response sheet. Always download the answer key matching your code — answers are in the order specific to each code's question sequence.
Can I challenge an answer key?
NTA releases a provisional answer key first and allows candidates to challenge individual answers by paying ₹200 per question (non-refundable). After review by subject experts, a final answer key is published and results are declared based on the final key.
What is the difference between provisional and final answer key?
The provisional answer key is released first and open for challenge. After NTA reviews all objections, the final answer key is released. The final answer key is used to calculate actual NEET scores and the merit list.
Can I estimate my rank using the answer key?
Yes — calculate your raw score using the answer key and compare it against NEET cut-off marks and previous year rank vs score data on the NEET results page.
